supply of a Coaching Web App including support services

We are looking to create a web application that caters for the following stakeholders: • Client: Enables our staff to access coaching, that provides them with the information they need about what each type of service is, the process for accessing it and the ability to apply. It also allows them to offer feedback, evaluation and capture themes on completion of coaching. •Coach: Provides a place where our coaches can manage their coaching practice. This will include allowing them to log their practice (dates, times and notes) supervision and CPD •Coach leads/administrators: Allows the manager/administrator of the coaching service to be able to understand and manage how we are using this hospital wide resource on a live basis in order to use it to best effect. For the manager/administrator to be able to produce reports that demonstrates the usage, evaluation and ROI. •We are looking for a minimum contract period of 2 years although we will require support for the full duration of the life of this App
