The Ministry of Defence (the Authority) had a requirement to purchase various cable packs. The Authority required separate packs containing the full set of items indicated in the lists at 2.3 a. to 2.3 k. i.e.the appointed Supplier must package each item set separately and label them – and must NOT bundle all goods together.
