Tender description

To strip off existing roof covering and lead gullies, set aside any re-usable slate, make up unusable slate with good quality re-claimed slate. De-nail all timbers, affix breather membrane and new timber treated battens, and relay Colly-weston slate as approved best practice. Renew all lead gullies as per Engineers detail, and soakers to abutments, refit ridges and form verge ends neatly. Allow for all safe working platform as required Clean down all debris on completion and dispose of all waste off site, at a waste recycling centre.
