Tender description

Xentrall Shared Services on behalf of Darlington Borough Council are replacing Darlington's Contact Centre Solution with Macfarlane Contact+ and to enable integration with the councils Cisco Unified Communication Manager 10.5(1) Xentrall ICT require the supply of two Cisco Unified Border Elements (CUBEs) for which Technical Services are also required to configure these in an Active/Standby pairing. The purpose of this 'Invitation to Quote' is to invite vendors to submit a bid for the provision of Hardware, Software, Licensing and Technical Services as detailed within 'Schedule 1 - Statement of Requirements'.
