Tender description

Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew is looking for a supplier to conduct Audience and User Research for our website www.kew.org. The purpose of this requirement is to understand more about Kew website users and their website experience. . This work will also feed into a website design refresh project we are undertaking. The ultimate goal for the segmentation is to have a shared language across the organization and to use the segments to embed an audience-centered approach in product and content development. In addition it is to identify recommendations for growth areas of website usage.
