The Council is looking to procure a support contract for the following infrastructure elements Alcatel VoIP Telephony System (The Alcatel components to be covered include): OmniPCX Enterprise OmniVista 8770 OmniTouch 8400 ICS / 8460 ACS 4059 EE IP Desktop Softphone OmniTouch 8600 MyIC CCS Soft Panel Manager REDBOX Voice Recording System Quantify & Quality Management Modules <strong>Summary of Services being sought:</strong> Incident Management Change Management Problem Management Third Party management Hardware Break Fix Maintenance Availability Reporting (where appropriate Performance Reporting (for appropriate devices) Capacity Reporting (for appropriate devices) Reporting portal access Software Support and Maintenance of all management platforms Regular Service Review meetings & Reporting Billing and Management Information
