Tender description
S278 Works The Highway works include the improvement of the access road including re-kerbing the road and footway and carriageway resurfacing. The carriageway is a concrete construction of some age and there are a number of trench reinstatements that are showing signs of fatigue failures. Repair of the concrete carriageway and the application of a proprietary asphalt reinforcement is required prior to overlaying the carriageway. A cycle track link to the National Cycle Route 66 will be constructed.
