Provision of Operational and Maintenance support Services for the Operation of UCD Residences

UCD wishes to appoint a suitably competent organisation to provide professionally managed, high quality, operational and maintenance support services to UCD’s Residence Management Team for the operation of the residences throughout the year. The overall scope of the services required necessitates a wide range of skill and the successful tenderer must ensure that they have the appropriately trained and experienced personnel (see full requirement specification), The successful tenderer will be required to provide operational and maintenance support services to the student customer, including annual planned and reactive operational and maintenance support services during the year, the annual intensive operational and maintenance support services turnaround in May, the provision of operational and maintenance support services for the UCD Residences summer business, and turnaround operational and maintenance support services for the return of students at the end of the summer period and also in early January for single semester students.
