PAN1035 - Construction project management, cost consultancy and multi-disciplinary design services for Dock2

Tender description

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the following services for the Dock 2 project: Lot 1 - Construction Project Management. Lot 2 - Cost Consultancy/ Quantity Surveying. Lot 3 - Architect/ Multi-Disciplinary Design Services, including Architect, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers (including BREEAM assessor), Structural/Civil Engineers and Clerk of Works - with the Architect acting as lead consultant and Principal Designer. Funding for the delivery of the project may to be provided by several sources, including potentially Leicester City Council, the UK Government and/or the European Regional Development Fund, and the team will be expected to comply with the rules and regulations associated with this funding. The Authority wishes to ensure that its procurement opportunities are open to small and micro local enterprises and voluntary and community sector organisations as it appreciates the very important role they play in the local economy. Tenders from these organisations are particularly welcomed.
