Tender description

In order to maximise our income we have adopted a Lean thinking approach to void properties that has reduced our average void times from 28 days in March to 19 days in April. We are now looking at ways to further decrease the void times. One of the options we have agreed on is a new way in which incoming tenants can choose their own colour scheme for their new property and have it delivered to their door once they move in. Therefore we are looking to a new company to supply Lambeth Housing Management with decorating products to allow our new tenants to self-decorate the majority of their newly rented Lambeth Housing properties. This procurement will be on a 1 year trial basis to be reviewed within the first year.
