Tender description

High Speed Two (HS2) Limited is committed to creating a people centric approach throughout the project lifecycle. It wants people designing the railway, people building the railway and people affected by the railway to be considered at every point and in every decision made. One approach to achieve this is to use the ‘Service Design’ approach at each point of the project lifecycle Work exists that maps out the ‘Passenger Journey’ on HS2 in its end state. This work needs to be further developed and re-visited. The purpose of the procurement is to identify the supplier which provides the best solution to deliver the Services. The ITT documents will be made available on Bravo from 3pm Monday 10th August 2015.
