Tender description
Network Rail has within its possession and control the various station information points at the mainline railway stations it manages and wishes to grant a concession to the Concessionaire to install, manage, promote and exploit the sale of advertising space at certain sites in the stations’ premises which generates revenue for Network Rail. The present concession agreement has expired.
