Tender description
Multi-storey Carpark Cut out defective areas, repair and prepare existing surface to receive new water proofing surface coating on deck 5 & 6 of car park. The application of a water based quick drying surface applications Approx. 5000m2 a minimum 10 year guarantee. Remark parking bays on completion of resurfacing. Prepare and fit new high viz nosings to north and south staircase steps and intermediate car deck steps to all floors. The Car Park will be operational throughout the works and it should be noted will be busy during the run up to Christmas. Therefore the works will need to be phased.
