Tender description
The project is the construction of approximately 40 new Council homes and associated facilities on two sites in Northolt, and the subject of this tender is a contract for the provision of Employer’s Agent and CDM Services for this scheme from design stage through to completion of the works on site and end of the subsequent defects period. The work is divided into two lots which will be awarded seperately
