Incubation Support will focus on identifying skills and knowledge gaps within a company that may prevent it from bringing the innovation to market effectively and provide specialist advisors to support the company in the development of the appropriate knowledge and skills. The business incubation support must demonstrate a unique and highly flexible combination of business development processes, infrastructure and people that can nurture new and small business by helping them to survive and grow through the early stages of development. The incubation plans will have already been developed by others and the supplier is expected to use existing tools and models put in place by the ‘coordinator’.
