Tender description

The Royal Borough of Greenwich has property divisions that are within the Directorate of Regeneration, Enterprise and Skills (DRES). The prime responsibility of these divisions is the management and maintenance of all of the council’s non-housing properties, including educational establishments. The responsibilities encompass the full property management function from carrying out repairs and undertaking major works to managing the tenancies at these premises. The contract is for 5 Years with an option to extend for up to an additional two years Further details of the service requirement is outlined in the Specification document (Section 4 Specification of requirements) attached.
