The Authority is looking to appoint a licensed waste carrier to provide the following to Brixham Harbour: a) a suite of appropriate waste disposal containers;b) a Compactor to reduce bulk of waste;c) a Waste Removal and Recycling Service. The Authority's aims are to: a) Achieve tangible cost savings;b) Increase recycling in order to help meet the Authority's targets;c) Minimise the environmental impacts of the waste. The Authority is willing to consider innovative proposals from Applicants in order to reduce costs and increase recycling.
