Tender description

Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council are seeking expressions of interest from companies who are able to provide Virtual Exercise Solutions to run in conjunction and alongside the Councils current range of physical exercise classes at its J2 Leisure facility in Newcastle-under-Lyme Staffordshire. The virtual classes should be able made available utilising the existing audio visual equipment installed at the Council's facility details of which are available from the named officer in section 1.2 of this notice. It is anticipated that the proposed solution will be offered by way of a licence agreement with the Borough Council of Newcastle-under-Lyme with minimal initial investment. Whilst it is intended to establish an initial 2 year licence agreement the Council will look to appropriate time related break clauses linked to the agreement.
