Three Rooms based systems: • Leeds • London • Fort Nelson The proposed system must be: - Compatible with Windows PC, Macs, IPad, smart phones i.e. users on such devices should be able to access meetings. - Ability to dial in with mobile or landline to join conference. - London and Fort Nelson – trolley based system 42 inch Monitors/ Display - Leeds Fixed on Wall – 55 inch monitor/ Display - Suitable video Camera and Microphones and codec devices to service meeting room and members. - Rooms Should be able to connect with each other. - Desktop Sharing/ Document Sharing. - Room Management features i.e. ability to mute participants, presentation mode etc. Due to the system covering the Royal Armouries three sites, details of the environments are below. Dimensions: - Leeds Boardroom – 16 seats; approximately 5m x 8m - London – 8 seats; approximately 3.5 m x 5m - Fort Nelson – 16 seats; approximately 5m x 8m V-Shaped room
