Tender description

Renewal of Upvc windows and doors to various one off properties and service and repair Upvc windows and doors across the Councils Housing Stock.. All windows and doors to meet with all current Regulations and FENSA Certificates are required for all works. All works to have a 1 Year defects period and a 10 year material warranty. Contractor to obtain all residents satisfaction forms which will be used as part of their (KPI’s) Key Performance Indicators
