PROVISION OF PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES SUBSTANCE MISUSE AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES

Tender description

The London Borough of Sutton (Sutton Council) Public Health Team have an exciting opportunity and are seeking tender bids from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of an Integrated and Recovery Focussed Clinical and Non Clinical Substance Misuse Service for Drugs and Alcohol for Adults and Young People( including needle exchange and supervised consumption). The contract will initially be for a period of 3 years commencing on 1st April 2016 with the option to extend the contract for a further 2 years as single 1 year extensions at the discretion of the Council. Please note this provision falls within the 'Light Touch Regime' (LTR) for Health, Social, Education and certain other service contracts. The LTR provides flexibility with regards procurement procedures.
