Provision of Home Care Services - Lead Provider(s)

Tender description

The London Borough of Lewisham (the Council) or any future organisation carrying out similar statutory functions invites Tenderers to become a Neighbourhood Lead Provider for the provision of Home Care services for Adults resident in the London Borough of Lewisham and who are eligible to receive personal care services under the Fair Access to Care Criteria to meet set outcomes. Tenderers shall note that they will be tendering to become a Lead Provider to deliver Home Care Services to support client groups within an agreed neighbourhood/geographical patch. The London Borough of Lewisham wants to secure the provision of high quality home care services for people living within the Borough or originating from it. Lewisham is an inner London borough stretching from the River Thames in the north to the Bromley borders in the South. Lewisham currently has a population of approximately 232,000. It is a diverse community serving various needs.
