THE PROJECT Name: Civic & Wulfrun Halls. Nature: Structural Investigation Works to be conducted in advance of the main Internal Refurbishment works. Location: 12 North Street, Wolverhampton. THE SITE Description: The building comprises two general purpose halls originally intended to be used for assembly purposes, music festivals, public meetings, amateur theatricals etc. POSSESSION OF THE SITE Existing buildings will be occupied and/ or used during the Contract .
