Tender description
An integrated team of specialist consultants is required to take forward the development of the project and prepare proposals for a Round 2 HLF submission. To assist in the development of design proposals, the Council is seeking specialist consultancy support for the following items: 1) Lead consultant 2) Design Team 3) Landscape architecture 4) Conservation architect 5) Geo technical, site investigations and flood risk consultants 6) Renewable energy feasibility 7) Activity and community engagement 8) Business planning, evaluation and monitoring 9) Ecology and arboriculture The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Lead Consultant to procure and coordinate an experienced multi-disciplinary team to work with the Council to undertake a range of services to enable the Council to submit a successful stage 2 Application to HLF by February 2017.
