Maintenance for Specialist & General Building Works - Lot 3 Communal Works, including planned and responsive and civils and playground equipment works

Tender description

The London Borough of Hackney (the Authority) have appointed a term contractor to undertake works and some services for each of the lots of work defined below. Contractors were invited express an interest for one lot only, or for multiple lots Term Partnering Agreements will be entered into with each of the appointed contractors for a term period of five years with the possibility of two periods of extension of two years, providing a maximum term of nine years for each contract, with a break clause at three years. Estimated values as a stated under Lot below are expressed as an indicative range based on Authority's Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Business information, but could change in response to member and resident priorities, resource availability, and other factors. These values are expressed as a range for each contract (Lot) based on the minimum expected (subject to above paragraph) assuming a contract term of five years, and the maximum expected (subject to the above paragraph) assuming that the applicable contract term of five years is extended by two further terms of two years resulting in a maximum nine year term.). The Authority does not guarantee any minimum level of work across any contract/lot.
