Tender description

The London Borough of Hackney (the Authority) have appointed a term contractor to undertake works and some services for each of the lots of work defined below. Contractors were invited express an interest for one lot only, or for multiple lots. Term Partnering Agreements will be entered into with each of the appointed contractors for a term period of five years with the possibility of two periods of extension of two years, providing a maximum term of nine years for each contract, with a break clause at three years.
