Tender description

The London Borough of Hackney (the Authority) have appointed a term contractor to undertake works and some services for each of the lots of work defined below. Contractors were invited express an interest for one lot only, or for multiple lots. Term Partnering Agreements will be entered into with each of the appointed contractors for a term period of five years with the possibility of two periods of extension of two years, providing a maximum term of nine years for each contract, with a break clause at three years. Lot 5 Installation, servicing and maintenance of CCTV cameras to estates. Estimated contract range is 2 200 000 GBP to 7 200 000 GBP The 2013-14 budget was 500 000 GBP
