Tender description
The notice involves the setting up of an agreement to supply a hosted Procurement 'Source to Pay' software system for a period of up to 10 years. This agreement shall cover the design, build, installation, commissioning, testing and implementation of the solution, staff training, supply of system manuals, software licences, the continued support and maintenance of the solution, any additional services required for effective delivery and operation of the solution and the purchase e.g. creation of & hosting of supplier catalogues to Exeter’s requirements, implementation and support of expansions/upgrades to the base system, artwork & or, format changes to documents, without obligation to go ahead with one or any aspects detailed above.
