For the Provision of Delivery of Emotional Management Training and Materials to Frontline Staff

Oldham Council would like to invite you to provide a quote for the delivery of a programme of training, associated materials and the provision of clinical supervision to caseworkers. The programme should support caseworkers to; - Assess for emotional self-management and regulation issues. - Plan and deliver appropriate interventions to address the identified issues. - Support those adults and young people to move towards their own self-management and regulation. The intention is that once the staff are fully trained they will utilise these interventions to provide a person / family centred approach either on a one to one basis or group work sessions, as appropriate.
