Objectives Extensive consultation and open policymaking processes with GODAN partners and other open data experts has identified three focal areas where research and capacity building investment is urgently required. The Supplier will be responsible for the delivery on the following focal areas and for outlining in their proposal how the activities under each focal area will be achieved and what the deliverables will be: • Focal Area 1: Agricultural and nutritional data standards; • Focal Area 2: Tools and methods to evaluate the impact of agricultural and nutritional open data initiatives and investments; • Focal Area 3: Building capacity of agricultural and nutritional open data users.
