Tender description

Lee Valley Regional Park Authority is seeking bids from parties interested in building and operating a Small Sided Football Development (5/6/7-a-side). The successful tenderer will be a market leading operator with a proven record of operating high quality facilities and will have the capital investment immediately available to undertake the development. Rental bids are now being sought for the lease of the Land located at The Lee Valley Leisure Complex, situated in the London Borough of Enfield, approx. 5 miles south of Junction 25 of the M25 and 1 mile north of the North Circular Road (A406) at Edmonton.
