The materials are to allow for the recovering of the roof with a new three layer felt system. New insulation cut to falls, new soffits and new fascias. Tenderers are required to download and complete the tender documentation and submit along with all relevant documentation including their quotation for the supply and delivery of flat and pitched roof materials in accordance with the attached documentation.
