The Children’s Commissioner for England has a unique role in promoting and protecting the rights of children. We are a statutory body with specific legal responsibilities regarding handling enquiries and requests for assistance from children and young people. We also receive more general day-to-day enquiries and deal with requests from a wide range of stakeholders. With your help, we intend to implement a single organisational CRM system to ensure all enquiries are managed and responded to as quickly and effectively as possible.
