Consultancy for the development of a Financial Instrument

Tender description

This tender is to procure additional capacity and expertise to support 5 LEPs across the East and South East Midlands to finalise their collective and individual thinking on a preferred option for developing a Financial Instrument that meets the needs of SMEs across the East / South East Midlands LEP area, one that ensures ‘best fit’ but still provides sufficient flexibility to incorporate market differences, and achieves impact. This solution will be expected to be in the form of a detailed model incorporating fund design, fund delivery, management and governance arrangements, and sufficiently robust to allow the LEPs to subsequently engage in a Block 2 Ex-Ante Assessment process. An early implementation of the solution is also important.
