Tender description
The purpose of this contract is to provide direct support to young carers aged five to eighteen in their local communities within RCT. Young Carers are defined as children and young people up to the age of 18 who have caring responsibilities for someone who has a physical or mental illness, a physical or learning disability or drug or alcohol problem.
