Works at 4 locations: (i) Theatre Walk (passage between Market Street and Peter Street) (ii) Bus Station Area (Chapel Street) (iii) Seymour Street (iv) Fazakerley Street Taking up existing kerbs, bituminous footway, small unit brick paving, sett paving, handrail, bollard & stone steps. Clearance of existing landscaped area. Installation of granite kerbs, edgings, corduroy & blister paving & small unit precast concrete paving. Provision of handrail, pedestrian barrier & stone steps. Planting existing & two new landscaped areas. Turfing three new landscaped areas. Installation of boulder deterrent paving. Alterations to drainage. Replacement of utilities covers & frames with inset type. Provision of benches.
