Mobilisation: We have identified some one-off costs which amount to £29,080 which includes but is not limited to: • CQC registration for services provided • Recruitment and initial training course • Shadowing shifts for Forensic Nurse Examiners to gain experience and competency sign off • Management support for meetings etc. through implementation period to include head office activities and Call Centre changes to support for contract commencement The mobilization charge is split across the three counties as follows, with Herts being lower to reflect that there is no paediatric service: 1. Beds – £9,935.67 2. Cambs – £9,935.67 3. Herts - £9,208.66
