Provision of Operational Human Resources Consultancy Expertise, Advice and Support Framework Agreement

Tender description

The Cork Institute of Technology (CIT) invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced providers who wish to participate in this Framework Agreement for the provision of expertise, advice, and support in Operational Human Resources issues that may arise in the Institute from time to time. Within the Framework Agreement, where a need arises, individual contracts will be awarded via a mini-competition, for each need. It is not envisaged that any individual project will exceed an overall period of 12 months. CIT does, however, reserve the right commission specialist HR support requirements that fall outside the operational nature of services covered by this Framework Agreement. The framework will operate for an initial period of 18 months with, at the discretion of CIT, provision for a further 2 6-month extensions i.e. the maximum duration of the framework agreement will be 30 months. It is anticipated that the Framework Agreement will begin on 1st July 2014 with an initial end date of 31st December 2015. In the event that CIT avails of the two optional 6-month extensions, the Framework Agreement will have a final end of 31st December 2016.
