Mental Health User Involvement Service (West London)

Tender description

Central London Clinical Commission Group (CCG) and West London Clinical CCG intend to publish an opportunity for a provider to deliver mental health involvement services on their behalf. The opportunity may also include Hammersmith & Fulham CCG and Ealing CCG. The proposed service cuts across primary, community and secondary care mental health services for the adult population in receipt of services in these boroughs, promoting effective feedback of peoples’ experiences of mental health services and co-production in the redesign, review and planning of services. Primary mental health care is at different stages of development in each CCG, with a strategic direction of shifting settings of care for individuals who are settled and stable to the least restrictive environment. We have a range of patient feedback forums, including CCG patient forums, GP patient forums and Healthwatch, as well as the planned commissioned mental health involvement forum. The CCGs wish to seek the views of potential providers about the feasibility of providing a service in line with the service specification and resource available and welcome your response through completion of the attached questionnaire.
