On behalf of Healthwatch England the Care Quality Commission invite potential providers to Identify how best to use Healthwatch Quality Statements. Having developed these statements Healthwatch now wish to commission a an organisation to work with local Healthwatch committes to identify and test approaches to using the quality statements that will maximise their value to the network.
