Tender description

Hertfordshire County Council (Council) are currently out to procurement for the provision of a Learning Management System and eLearning Catalogue. The procurement is split into two separate Lots: Lot 1 – Provision of a Learning Management System Lot 2 – Provision of an e-Learning Catalogue The Council is procuring the Services for Service Users from the Participating Bodies listed below and provided at Appendix A of the Specification within the Invitation to Tender documents and includes any future successors to these organisations: Broxbourne Borough Council www.broxbourne.gov.uk Dacorum Borough Council www.dacorum.gov.uk East Herts District Council www.eastherts.gov.uk Hertsmere Borough Council www.hertsmere.gov.uk North Herts District Council www.north-herts.gov.uk St Albans City and District Council www.stalbans.gov.uk Stevenage Borough Council www.stevenage.gov.uk Three Rivers District Council www.threerivers.gov.uk Watford Borough Council www.watford.gov.uk Welwyn Hatfield District Council www.welhat.gov.uk Parish and Town Council’s in Hertfordshire http://www.hertsdirect.org/atozofservices/twcoun3y/twypar4y/ Herts for Learning Ltd http://www.hertsforlearning.co.uk/ Herts Catering Ltd http://hertscatering.co.uk/ East and North Hertfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group www.enhertsccg.nhs.uk Herts Valleys Clinical Commissioning Group http://hertsvalleysccg.nhs.uk/ Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust http://www.hertschs.nhs.uk/ Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust: http://www.hpft.nhs.uk/ East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust: http://www.enherts-tr.nhs.uk/ Herts Community Trust http://www.hertschs.nhs.uk/ Hertfordshire Care Providers Association http://www.hcpa.info/ Supply Hertfordshire Members http://www.supplyhertfordshire.uk/ It is however anticipated that the Council may also require to procure these Services for other Partner Organisations, for example subcontracted service providers, carers etc as defined in Appendix A of the Specification within the Invitation to Tender documents. Flexibility may be required in delivering this solution to other bodies or individuals under the Contract to take account of specific legislative or regulatory requirements of the Council’s business. However, volumes of Service Users, Partner Organisations and Participating Bodies cannot be guaranteed.
