Tender description
Provision of research to: 1) gather robust evidence so that we can understand the charges and barriers consumers face when exiting, transferring between or investing in Defined Contribution (DC) pensions or decumulation products. 2) to inform the government’s [DWP/HMT] strategy to strengthen pension scheme members’ rights to access their pensions flexibly and removing any unjustifiable barriers to doing so.
