The University of Warwick is in the process of implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online across many of its departments. The University's External Affairs department requires the standard functionality offered by Dynamics CRM to be augmented with additional functionality required to fulfil the development and fundraising aspects of the office's work. A Prior Information Notice has been submitted to OJEU to initiate an Early Market Engagement exercise to explore the market for suitably experienced potential providers of a solution.
