Tender description

The HSE Crisis Pregnancy Programme (CPP) is tendering for the purchase of 500,000 branded condom packets including regular condoms and 200,000 sachets of water-based and paraben free lubricant, referred to as the National Condom Project (NCP). The tender will include: • The design of a HSE branded condom packet and water-based and paraben freelubrication sachet • Production/supply of 500,000 branded condom packets including a regular condom in each and 200,000 water-based and paraben freelubrication sachets • Transportation of the condoms and lubricant in bulk on a date prior to 25th September 2015 to a central holding facility based in Waterford, Ireland.
