The Provision of Design Consultancy Services and the Production of a Feasibility Study in Relation to a New Emergency Department at Beaumont Hospital

As an immediate objective, the Contracting Authority wishes to examine the various options available to it in redeveloping and potentially relocating its existing Emergency Department, which has occupied its current location since the opening of the Hospital and which provides services to in excess of 45,000 patients annually. As the initial contract to be awarded under this framework agreement, the successful framework member will be required to produce a feasibility study that proposes a suitable location for a new Emergency Department within the Beaumont Hospital campus, accompanied by indicative graphic representations and full accompanying detail. NOTE: Tenderers are advised that this competition is being advertised at national level. Consequently, any submissions exceeding the prevailing European threshold of €207,000 will be disqualified as unacceptable.
