WIT Diverse Campus Services Limited is a subsidiary company of Waterford Institute of Technology (hereinafter called DCS). DCS currently consists of seven companies, operating and managing a number of services and facilities for the staff and student population of WIT. Such services and facilities include: • Retail Management and operation of retail outlets and all vending machines across all campuses. • Catering Management and operation of the catering units at the various campuses. • Accommodation Management and operation of WIT owned accommodation. • Sports & Recreation Management and operation of all WIT Sports facilities including Carriganore Sports Arena, a sports scholarship programme and WIT clubs and societies function. • Card Services Development and ongoing management of the WIT card system across the campus. • Other services Management and operation of a range of other services including sports and social club, conferences/events, transport, laundry, printing, and student accommodation support. DCS is currently seeking to select a Company to provide Audit & Assurance, Company Secretarial & Associated Tax Services. DCS operates under a multiple company structure. There are seven companies currently in existence with some registered as charities. The charitable status reflects the non-profit making ethos of the companies with any surplus generated re-invested into campus services.
