Single Party Framework Agreement for a Supplier of Portable Barriers for Dublin City Council

Tender description

This contract is for the supply and delivery of portable barriers for Dublin City Council. The delivery will be made to Dublin City Council depots which are located within the Dublin City Council Administrative area. All deliveries have to be made within 40 days of ordering.Currently Dublin City Council uses a particular style and type of barrier. Any barrier offered has to be comparable with the barrier currently in use. Type 1 Barrier Dublin City Council use the Frontier Cross Link Safety Barrier by JSP as the Type 1 barrier. Any barrier proposed as meeting the requirements of this tender should also be compatible with that barrier that is currently used by Dublin City Council. Note any “special” attachments or devices that are required to join the proposed barrier to the currently used barrier in Dublin City Council shall be included in the overall cost of the proposed barrier. Type 2 Barrier Dublin City Council use the Footway Closure Barrier by JSP as the Type 2 barrier. Any barrier proposed as meeting the requirements of this tender should also be compatible with that barrier that is currently used by Dublin City Council. Note any “special” attachments or devices that are required to join the proposed barrier to the currently used barrier in Dublin City Council shall be included in the overall cost of the proposed barrier.
