Tender description

Ministry of Defence (MoD), operates circa 212,100 devices across its estate that utilise Eracent Asset Management software. The devices include desktops, laptops, tablets and printers. MoD requires the renewal of its existing Eracent Maintenance and Support Services Agreement. The Agreement is due to expire shortly and MoD don’t wish to incur the risk of Eracent seeking to impose their nominal additional charge of 25% for renewal of lapsed Agreements. Eracent renewal is required for 3 Server and 220,000 Client Installations. MoD retains an option to vary the number of devices at its discretion, during the contract period.
