Refurbishment of Play area at Sarah Williman Close

Norwich City Council is looking to work with a contractor to refurbish Sarah Williman Close play area to the west of the City of Norwich. The site is located within a residential area with limited vehicular access available. This contract is being offered on a ‘Design and Build’ basis. The essential outcomes for the site are as follows: To retain all or most of the current equipment To replace the safety surface with a suitable grass mat product To improve access into and around the play area for those less mobile To remove existing boundary fence and gate; replace with bow top.
