Provision of Architectural and Engineering Consultancy Services for: Development Project at Ashbourne Community Centre.

Tender description

The design and management of the construction of the development project ay Ashbourne Community Centre. The development project includes: (1) Two extensions to the building, an extension to the front of building of approximately 180 - 230 square metres, and an extension to the rear of the building of approximately 80 square metres. (2) Roof replacement and (3) Other miscellaneous refurbishment / upgrading of services. The successful tenderer will perform the roles of Project Supervisor Design process (PSDP), Health and Safety Coordinator (HSC) and Employer’s Representative and will be required to deliver the project. All work required to comply with the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014 is included in the scope of service, including the roles of Design Certifier and Assigned Certifier to be carried out by the Design Team Leader.
